With the completion of House 1, we were able to complete another project as part of this magnificent concept by Atelier Gardens on the BUFA area.

The general renovation extends from the canteen on the ground floor, across the four floors to the newly created rooftop pavilion with a spacious roof terrace.

Accessed via a sculptural, zigzag-shaped external staircase, these rooms offer unique views over Tempelhofer Feld and the Berlin skyline. The striking yellow structure transforms the appearance of the entryway and provides versatile spaces for the emerging community of impact organizations at Atelier Gardens.

The completion of HAUS 1 is a major milestone emblematic of the campus as a whole – an example of how a tired, ugly duckling of a building can be revitalized to become a beacon for all that the Atelier Gardens community stands for stands.
