Further projects on the former BUFA site for the Atelier Gardens Campus Berlin;
 
kpm3 – berlin, general contractor for the complete renovation of the building and redesign of the facade of HAUS 1.
 
HAUS 1 will undergo a refurbishment and conversion with possible preservation of the existing building and the building will be wrapped in a timber frame facade that extends to the roof to create a covered roof garden.
 
This will offer users office space and a wealth of new materials that the developers say align with the former film studio’s prolific past and future.
