Pepsi Zero UCL
Munich, UEFA Champions League
For the 2025 UEFA Champions League Final, Munich’s Olympiapark became the stage for an extraordinary brand experience.
On behalf of brands and emotions GmbH and for PepsiCo, kpm3 executed the interior construction of a three-story modular event building that engaged visitors on multiple levels and brought the brand to life in a truly immersive way.
As the central point of contact and implementation lead, kpm3 coordinated all involved trades and oversaw the high-quality execution: From planning and logistics to on-time delivery.
The modular structure, provided by JP-Spaces / Adapteo, was precisely tailored to meet the specific demands of the location and event. Across three levels, it offered interactive experience spaces, creative installations, and impressive brand showcases.
Project Highlights:
- Modular design for maximum flexibility and rapid implementation
- Three-story event structure with interactive and multimedia elements
- Comprehensive project coordination of all partners and service providers
- A premium brand experience aligned with the UEFA Champions League and Pepsi’s “Thirsty for More” campaign
With this project, kpm3 once again demonstrated its expertise in modular brand architecture and temporary event structures.
Close collaboration with agencies, technical partners, and the client resulted in an experiential space that went far beyond traditional brand presentation — emotional, interactive, and memorably impactful.
