kpm3 has been entrusted with project management for the German Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka – a large-scale, international undertaking requiring precise coordination, technical expertise, and a strong focus on sustainability. On behalf of GL events Live, kpm3 is responsible for managing the on-site realization of the pavilion. This includes comprehensive planning oversight, coordination between stakeholders in Germany, France, and Japan, and supervision of all construction and technical disciplines involved.

Under the theme “Wa!” – a Japanese term signifying harmony, circles, and awe – the pavilion is designed as an immersive exhibit. It demonstrates principles of circular and environmentally conscious building through innovative materials and architecture. kpm3 ensures these ambitions are met through rigorous project leadership and technical excellence.
